Collections Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Contact customers with outstanding invoices to secure timely payment.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and prioritize collection efforts.
• Help resolve client disputes, discrepancies, billing issues, and tax-related issues that delay payment.
• Escalate delinquent accounts to management or legal teams when necessary.
• Maintain collection records, update account statuses in ERP and accounting systems, and collect WHT certificates where applicable.
• Collaborate with Sales Coverage, Sales Operations, Billing, and Finance teams across different locations.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience in a finance department; accounts receivable or accounts payable experience is advantageous.
• Experience in collections is advantageous.
• Excel knowledge is required; Salesforce and SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, interpersonal communication, initiative, independence, and ability to multitask.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is preferred.
