What you will do

• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for hirify.global Philippines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L, variance analysis, and KPIs.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for business planning and management reviews.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to analyze financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions.
• Provide financial insights, support cost-management initiatives, and identify risks and opportunities.
• Improve FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems while preparing ad-hoc analyses and management presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization, shared services, or regional finance team.
• Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes.
