FP&A DPS Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Provide FP&A support across Finance, HR, Procurement, and Global Services Strategy & Operations functions.
• Track project costs and headcount, manage cost centers, explain variances, support actuals closing, and prepare financial reports.
• Partner with regional and global FP&A teams to support the Orthopaedics Business and understand base-business performance.
• Standardize review decks and consolidation templates and support automation of financial packages.
• Prepare materials for business reviews and administer financial policies and internal controls.
• Support ad hoc projects and continuous process improvements using performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of finance or related business experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders at all organizational levels and communicate, present, negotiate, and influence effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to recommend and implement process improvements while handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to have

• FP&A experience and knowledge of SAP or TM1.
• MBA or a financial certification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA.
• Knowledge of Alteryx or Tableau.
