hirify.global operates several creative brands across multiple entities and is building a finance function covering accounting, FP&A, inventory, production financing, and international structuring.

What you will do

• Own the general ledger and prepare final ledgers and P&L statements across four entities for Head of Finance sign-off.
• Run the monthly close and deliver the P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow package by the 10th of each month.
• Review reconciliations and expense coding, maintain a clean balance sheet, and prevent errors from reaching leadership.
• Maintain intercompany balances across US, UK, and merchandise entities.
• Build cost-allocation logic and maintain brand- and channel-level P&Ls to measure net profit and unit economics.
• Lead forecast-versus-actual analysis, investigate cash leakage, and support rolling cash forecasts covering inventory and production commitments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Practical experience with multi-entity or multi-currency environments.
• Deep Xero proficiency, including chart-of-accounts design and multi-entity handling.
• Expertise in Google Sheets or Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and building financial models from scratch.
• Ability to investigate financial movements, identify the causes of margin changes, and challenge inaccurate figures.
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to non-finance founders and defend the analysis when challenged.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification.
• Startup, outsourced-accounting, or SME experience.
