Finance Manager

Salary: PHP 91,007.15–109,208.40 per month

What you will do

• Lead financial management, risk controls, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Manage cash flow, expenditure controls, grants, donor reporting, reconciliations, and restricted fund balances.
• Review donor contracts and financial requirements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Coordinate internal, external, statutory, and tax audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Lead anti-fraud and corruption measures and maintain delegation of authority and banking mandates.
• Support partner organizations through financial assessments, monitoring visits, technical guidance, and training.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or an equivalent qualification.
• Five to seven years of senior financial management experience covering financial systems, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GAAP, statutory requirements, donor funds management, and financial controls.
• Leadership, analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and people and project management skills.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, and strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino; applicants must be Philippine nationals.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant qualification.
• Experience with large NGOs, major donors, multi-donor grants, fraud investigations, procurement, logistics, or complex projects.
• Experience supporting civil society partners with financial monitoring and capacity building.
