Agile Coach (IT Process Lead) (m/f/d)

Location: Porto, Portugal; flexible hybrid working model. The role supports teams in Hamburg, Porto, Pécs, and other locations and includes approximately 30% travel.

What you will do

• Own, design, govern, and continuously improve internal IT processes within the IT Applications domain.
• Align processes across locations and establish governance frameworks, KPIs, performance tracking, and ITIL compliance.
• Introduce and develop Kanban Flight Levels based on Atlassian Jira to improve transparency and organizational steerability.
• Lead and develop approximately 120 employees across multiple teams and competency areas.
• Drive agile practices, continuous improvement, operational excellence, demand management, and service quality.
• Lead change management, process redesign, and organizational transformation while coordinating IT, project, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in IT process management and IT leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, agile methodologies, and modern IT delivery models.
• Proven leadership experience in international or multi-location environments and the ability to guide large teams.
• Experience with agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives, and planning activities.
• Strong communication, analytical, moderation, mediation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
