Associate, Packaging (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Skaneateles, New York, United States. Sunday night through Friday morning, 11:20 p.m.–7:50 a.m.; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Package, label, and prepare blood pressure cuffs, component parts, assemblies, and finished products for shipment.
• Stack and organize boxes on pallets according to safety and operational procedures.
• Replenish materials, maintain inventory levels, and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Inspect products and materials for defects, damage, and nonconforming conditions.
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, GMP, FDA, and company quality requirements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen events, 6S workplace organization, and Zero Harm safety practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior manufacturing experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions, specifications, and work procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, visual inspection skills, and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, and lift or carry 25–55 pounds; team lifting is required for items over 40 pounds.
• Ability to work onsite in a regulated manufacturing environment during the assigned overnight shift.
