Associate Manufacturing Technician (Weeknight Shift - Onsite)

Location: US - Massachusetts; onsite plant work required

Salary: $18.16–$27.24 per hour-equivalent annual base salary range for U.S.-based positions, with possible incentive compensation.

Medical device company developing the Omnipod platform and automated insulin delivery products for diabetes care and other therapeutic applications.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain automated manufacturing equipment used for medical device production.
• Perform basic repairs, fault clearing, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
• Use HMIs and computer systems to monitor process control, material inventory, and quality management.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical, safety, and process issues and implement corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Support new product design transfer, process and equipment development, and validation activities.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, documentation requirements, packaging standards, and cleanroom practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be proficient in English for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machines, tools, repair, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of manufacturing materials, measurement instruments, production processes, and quality control.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, apply root cause analysis concepts, work independently, and stand for at least 75% of each shift.
• Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing plant and lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

• Previous cleanroom experience.
• Experience debugging and optimizing assembly processes.
