Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; regular and predictable on-site attendance is required. The role follows a rotating 3/4 x 12-hour schedule and may include weekends, overtime, and shift assignments.

What you will do
- Assemble, package, label, and inspect medical devices according to approved procedures and quality standards.
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely while following work instructions.
- Monitor product quality, identify non-conforming materials, and escalate production or quality issues.
- Complete production records, batch documentation, inspection records, and electronic manufacturing information accurately.
- Perform cleaning and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant environment.
- Support continuous improvement, cross-train across workstations, and collaborate with production, quality, and support teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Manufacturing, production, assembly, or related experience, or successful completion of the required assessment.
- Ability to follow written procedures, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail and productivity.
- Basic math, reading comprehension, documentation, and computer skills.
- Manual dexterity and ability to use measuring devices, tools, and inspection equipment.
- Ability to work on site in Allentown, including non-standard schedules, overtime, weekends, and rotating shifts.
Nice to have
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, regulated manufacturing, or similar production environments.
- Experience with intricate hand assembly, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or 5S principles.
- Experience resolving routine production or quality issues.
