Tubing Assembly Operator I (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Assemble tubing components for Core and OEM analyzers.
• Operate and maintain crimp cappers, laser coders, leak testers, tube cutters, crimping devices, heat fixtures, and UV adhesive systems.
• Read assembly procedures, engineering drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Inspect completed assemblies against quality and performance specifications.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality output.
• Collaborate with management and Engineering to resolve assembly and quality issues.

Requirements

• High school or trade school diploma.
• Zero to two years of manufacturing experience.
• Manual dexterity and fine motor skills for assembling small components.
• Ability to work with adhesives and alcohol and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Ability to work onsite in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Medical device manufacturing experience.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing procedures.
