Control Specification Engineer (f/m/d) (Gas Turbine Auxiliaries)

What you will do

• Develop reference engineering and open-loop control and protection specifications for gas turbine fuel and auxiliary systems.
• Own control, protection, and functional performance aspects of auxiliary systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate technical interfaces with engineering teams, suppliers, instrumentation specialists, commissioning personnel, and other stakeholders.
• Create and maintain automation specifications, parameter lists, interface documentation, and related technical documents.
• Adapt engineering solutions to customer-specific requirements and provide back-office support for site activities, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• Professional experience in control and protection system design, with knowledge of relevant engineering disciplines.
• Strong analytical mindset and a systematic approach to solving technical challenges.
• Ability to develop practical and innovative solutions while considering implementation risks.
• Strong communication and coordination skills for interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly proficient written and spoken English and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
