Junior Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead project implementation activities within customer networks.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, quality objectives, and service margin targets.
• Analyse project proposals to define timelines, funding limitations, and execution approaches.
• Schedule and track deliverables, milestones, tasks, and project communications.
• Document and communicate project status, risks, obstacles, and resolutions to management.
• Coordinate with Customer Operations, Sales, Bid Management, Service Delivery, Finance, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Up to 12 months of related project management experience is strongly preferred.
• Critical thinking, analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities.
• Ability to collaborate within a matrix organization involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Project and Salesforce project management tools.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and influencing multiple teams.
• Knowledge of technology, services, and business concepts in project environments.
• Strong communication, business judgment, customer focus, and relationship-building skills.
