Project Engineer - Field Application Engineering (Robotics)

What you will do

• Lead field deployments of robotic systems from initial planning through execution, completion, and follow-up.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, logistics, and customer stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule.
• Build and track project plans, timelines, milestones, tasks, issues, and workflows using Jira or similar tools.
• Coordinate shipping, equipment readiness, inventory, travel, and site setup.
• Act as the primary on-site and customer-facing contact during deployments.
• Identify risks, resolve or escalate issues, document outcomes, and improve deployment processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project management, field operations, or technical program execution.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Strong organization, multitasking, communication, ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Experience managing equipment logistics, shipping, inventory tracking, deployment schedules, and site readiness.
• Willingness to work on-site and travel frequently.

Nice to have

• Experience with robotics, hardware systems, field testing, or startup environments.
• Basic understanding of sensors, systems, or data collection workflows.
• Experience in customer-facing or field deployment roles.
