Talent Acquisition Partner (AI): Owning end-to-end recruitment for global Technology & Product teams with an accent on strategic stakeholder partnership, proactive sourcing, and evidence-based hiring. Location: Ideally based in Finland, Sweden, or the UK; global remit

What you will do
- Own the full recruiting cycle for designated Technology & Product teams, from role scoping through offer acceptance.
- Build proactive sourcing pipelines and attract, engage, and close senior passive candidates.
- Coach hiring managers on role definition, interview design, calibration, and evidence-based selection.
- Provide talent-market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, funnel metrics, and forward-looking hiring insights.
- Design, run, and improve AI-native recruiting workflows across sourcing, screening, deliverables, and quality checks.
- Lead broader talent acquisition initiatives such as assessment frameworks, interview standards, and AI workflows through global adoption.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting for engineering and product organizations and influencing senior stakeholders in a global environment.
- Experience delivering complex, niche, and senior full-cycle hires under time pressure.
- Proactive global sourcing, market mapping, talent attraction, and offer-closing experience.
- Ability to coach hiring managers, improve assessment quality, and challenge requirements using evidence.
- Data literacy, including the use of pipeline and funnel metrics to communicate hiring health and impact.
- Fluent English required; experience hiring into the US market and flexibility across relevant time zones are advantages.
