What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across R&D and other organizational functions, from sourcing and screening through interview management and closing.
• Source candidates through professional networks, direct outreach, platforms, recruiting tools, referrals, and employee connections.
• Use AI-assisted sourcing and modern recruiting technology.
• Provide candidates with clear communication, attentive follow-up, and a high-touch hiring experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters across Israel, EMEA, and APJ.

Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, process management, and closing.
• An established professional network with relationships that generate candidate engagement.
• A relationship-first approach focused on making well-matched placements rather than handling high volume.
• Fluency with AI-assisted sourcing tools and modern recruiting technology.

Nice to have

• Experience building a strong network through a technological military unit, professional community, or industry network.
• External recruiting or headhunting experience with network-based placements.
• Familiarity with the Israeli hi-tech recruiting landscape.
