What you will do
- Create user stories for AI-enabled workflow automation, predictive insights, and generative product experiences.
- Support backlog management and sprint prioritization with R&D, Data Science, and Scrum teams.
- Coordinate product delivery across definition, development, beta testing, showcases, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to connect technical feasibility with dealership needs.
- Use analytics, user feedback, and experimentation to evaluate feature performance and improve products.
- Track adoption, profitability, NPS, workflow efficiency, model accuracy, and AI utilization metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Data Science, or at least four years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
- At least one year of Product Management or Product Owner experience, or relevant internship experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and requirements-definition skills, including the ability to break complex workflows into user stories.
- Foundational understanding of or strong interest in AI/ML and data-driven product development.
- Ability to learn quickly, work in an evolving technology environment, and prioritize dealership workflows, automation, and responsible AI.
- Ability to travel up to 25% for customer, dealership, event, and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or automation tools.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments and with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with automotive, retail, or SaaS platforms.
