Technical Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI-first travel platform that reduces paperwork and uncertainty in visa processing and travel decisions, having processed visas for more than 1 million travellers across 127 countries.

What you will do

• Own data ingestion for the Signals pod, including pipelines, integrations, structured data, and real-time signal surfacing.
• Lead automation and AI/ML infrastructure initiatives across data pipelines, model serving, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Drive execution across Engineering, Product, AI, and Operations from problem definition through delivery and impact measurement.
• Translate technical and business requirements into execution plans that account for AI constraints, dependencies, risks, and scalability.
• Track and improve AI system performance using accuracy, latency, cost, and model-quality metrics.
• Establish cross-functional alignment and responsible AI practices, including guardrails, monitoring, and human-in-the-loop review.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Data Product Manager, ideally owning data pipelines or ingestion systems.
• Experience with data architecture, APIs, ETL/ELT, schemas, and data-quality tooling.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple data sources and stakeholders with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using pipeline and data-quality metrics to guide decisions.
• Strong communication skills for aligning engineering, AI/ML, and product teams around data requirements.
