Technical Product Manager (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Lead automation and AI/ML infrastructure initiatives, including pipelines, model serving and evaluation.
• Own end-to-end execution across Engineering, Product, AI and Operations.
• Translate technical and business needs, including AI constraints, into structured execution plans.
• Track delivery through dashboards and metrics for model accuracy, latency and cost.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and responsible AI practices, including guardrails and human-in-the-loop review.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Product Manager or in a similar execution-focused role.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs, including AI/ML teams.
• AI/ML exposure and the ability to work with model accuracy, latency and cost metrics.
• Strong structure, attention to detail and comfort bringing clarity to ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and influence across technical, business and AI/ML teams.
