Agentic Product Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an agentic banking platform for large enterprise banks, using multimodal AI to turn business intent into autonomous agents that orchestrate processes, integrate data, and make intelligent decisions.

What you will do

• Define the AI capability roadmap, prioritizing features that create customer value and competitive advantage.
• Set and enforce enterprise-grade standards for reliability, explainability, compliance, and safety.
• Shape consistent AI experiences across copilots, solution builders, and other platform capabilities.
• Lead alignment across the Durable Processes, Data Connectors, and AI Agents pillars, including integration contracts and success metrics.
• Conduct customer discovery and use data such as usage patterns, LLM costs, inference latency, and customer sentiment to guide decisions.
• Own the product journey from defining agentic capabilities through delivery and impact measurement, reporting to the Product Director.

Requirements

• Experience shipping AI-native products, AI-enabled enterprise software, deeply integrated LLM products, or cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including cost, latency, hallucination, compliance, prompt engineering, model selection, and fine-tuning.
• Systems thinking across interconnected product pillars and platform-level integration points.
• Experience balancing technical complexity, usability, customer needs, and enterprise-grade quality.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and move forward when technical feasibility is ambiguous.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping copilots or AI-assisted features in a production SaaS product.
• Experience with LLM cost optimization, latency budgeting, or inference infrastructure.
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows, process automation, or BPM domains.
• Track record of shipping cross-functional initiatives with competing stakeholders.
