Senior Product Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid

Salary: £140,000–£180,000 plus equity

What you will do

• Drive product vision and strategy for a product domain alongside product, growth, and leadership teams.
• Translate customer feedback, product data, and market signals into clear problem framing and product strategy.
• Partner directly with engineers and founders to shape solutions, trade-offs, and initiatives.
• Validate ideas through interviews, prototypes, experiments, analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis.
• Move product bets from idea to shipped product and measurable outcomes through rapid iteration.
• Coach colleagues, introduce scalable product frameworks, and build repeatable learning loops.

Requirements

• Expertise in a product domain that can raise the standard for other product managers.
• Strong systems thinking across customer journeys, funnels, feedback loops, user behaviour, and revenue impact.
• Ability to work closely with engineers and founders and turn user insight into practical product decisions.
• Decision-oriented approach with the ability to act under uncertainty when sufficient signal is available.
• Experience designing product systems, frameworks, and repeatable discovery capabilities.
