Senior Technical Product Manager (Salesforce)

Location: Plainsboro, New Jersey, United States. The role requires 0–10% overnight travel.

Salary: $120,300–$222,600 annual base compensation, plus eligibility for a company bonus and potential long-term incentive compensation or a company vehicle depending on the position level and company factors.

What you will do

• Execute and manage product vision defined by product owners.
• Establish and maintain product roadmaps, analyze customer requirements, and prioritize product backlogs.
• Evaluate product potential, conduct capability analysis, and manage technical risks.
• Coordinate with product owners, product managers, architects, developers, implementers, stakeholders, and Agile Release Trains.
• Define testing and product acceptance criteria and support product viability.
• Act as a subject matter expert and lead cross-functional product and implementation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute where appropriate.
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in computer science, IT, programming, systems analysis, or a related area.
• At least 1 year of experience with Agile methodologies and experience leading projects or initiatives.
• Experience with Salesforce, preferably HealthCloud, Life Sciences, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce data model, Apex code, Salesforce Flows, relational databases, query languages, data integration, application integration, and web-based information solutions.
• Ability to analyze business processes, query code and databases, identify issues and gaps, investigate problems, and propose solutions independently.
