is hiring for a field sales operation in Bandung.
What you will do
- Deliver sales targets for the assigned area.
- Visit merchants daily and build relationships with store PICs.
- Ensure sales programs run effectively and promotional POP materials are placed in stores.
- Coordinate with partner operational teams on sales, competitor activity, and field issues.
- Manage approximately 15–20 Sales Promoters and monitor their daily activities.
- Conduct initial and refresher training for Promoters.
Requirements
- At least a Senior High School or Diploma qualification in any field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership and team and area management skills.
- Good communication and social media marketing skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Ability to work shifts and perform daily field visits in Bandung.
