Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days wherever

What you will do

• Design and develop evidence-based blended learning solutions for adult learners and validated business needs.
• Translate business requirements into learning programmes with stakeholders, subject matter experts and change teams.
• Create scalable face-to-face and digital content, including simulations, videos and performance support resources.
• Manage learning design plans, resources, development cycles and deployment activities.
• Maintain and continuously improve the learning collateral portfolio.
• Use digital learning approaches, data insights and AI-enabled tools to improve learning effectiveness and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in learning and instructional design using recognised design methodologies.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions for adult learners.
• Strong performance consulting skills, including learning needs analysis, performance gap identification, solution design and business impact measurement.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
• Ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences and manage multiple projects.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adapt or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of virtual learning, accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI tools in learning design, including responsible AI principles.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and experience in agile, transformation or change environments.
• Experience coaching others, leading quality assurance activities or working in telecommunications and technology-driven environments.
