Intern Events & Education

Location: Hybrid internship based at either the Lakeville, MN or Mankato, MN office, with up to 50% work from home.

Member-owned cooperative providing financial services to agriculture and rural communities across Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

What you will do

• Maintain the client-facing learning management system and develop reports for internal stakeholders.
• Develop branded e-learning modules and curriculum for clients.
• Design, produce, and execute events for internal team members and clients.
• Produce and market virtual events and webinar programming.
• Coordinate education and events projects across multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, human resources, hospitality, public relations, project management, instructional design, or a related field.
• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of course creation programs.
• CPT or pre-opt candidates are invited to apply.
