Freelance Corporate Facilitator (Leadership & Management)

What you will do

• Deliver live 90–150-minute learning sessions according to a prepared structure and written brief.
• Facilitate structured practice, breakout-group work, feedback, and in-the-moment coaching.
• Manage group dynamics, including sceptical senior participants, quiet groups, and debate-focused participants.
• Prepare from the session brief at least five working days in advance; preparation time is included in the session fee.
• Submit concise written session notes within 48 hours after each session.
• Complete paid accreditation before delivering client-facing sessions and remain open to observation and feedback.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of substantial experience facilitating live learning or development sessions for professional or managerial audiences in corporate settings.
• Strong online delivery skills, including running breakout groups, maintaining engagement, and handling virtual-session mechanics.
• Ability to deliver material written by others while following a defined structure.
• Experience running practice and giving direct, useful feedback to adults rather than only presenting.
• Reliable administration, punctuality, responsiveness, and consistent session-note submission.
• Fluent, credible professional English and confidence working with senior audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in leadership and management development, communication and influence, collaboration, resilience and change, or cross-cultural work.
• Coaching qualification or experience delivering one-to-one and group sessions.
• Additional languages or experience delivering to international cohorts working in a second language.
• Familiarity with evidence-based learning design.

• Sessions cancelled within five working days are paid in full.

Hiring process

• Complete accreditation before any client-facing work.
• Deliver a full session observed by a Programme Scientist as part of accreditation.
• After accreditation, receive session briefs and bookings on a per-session basis.
