IT Administrator (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in Leamington Spa, United Kingdom

What you will do

• Administer core business systems, networks, storage, security, and Azure resources.
• Provide in-person and remote IT support for hardware, software, Microsoft, Apple, and audio-visual environments.
• Manage user accounts, onboarding and offboarding, asset records, patching, and device configuration.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects, policies, process improvements, automation, and documentation.
• Work with the CISO to maintain Cyber Essentials Plus certification, resilience, monitoring, and threat mitigation.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, Azure resources and services, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and firewall management.
• Experience supporting both Microsoft and Apple devices.
• Strong communication, organisation, prioritisation, and multitasking skills.
• Comfort working alongside AI tools and understanding or controlling their use.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Exposure to cybersecurity principles or tooling.
• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling software business.
