Specialist, End User Computing (Microsoft 365)

What you will do

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end user devices, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, peripherals, and VIP users.
• Maintain the performance, availability, reliability, and service levels of end user computing services.
• Support and optimize Microsoft Teams Rooms, event space technology, and remote working solutions.
• Manage device provisioning, deployment, patching, security hardening, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Identify recurring issues, implement process improvements, and introduce new technology and functionality.
• Contribute to governance, compliance, documentation, and audit-readiness activities.

Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, operating systems, Microsoft Entra, Intune, and Jamf.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, device provisioning, Windows Autopilot, patch management, and security compliance.
• Ability to analyze root causes, implement effective solutions, manage competing priorities, and work under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, documentation ability, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Teams Rooms, collaboration technologies, and event space solutions.
• Experience contributing to projects, vendor management, and continuous service improvement.
• Understanding of financial services, regulatory, security, and PCI-DSS requirements.
