Group Sales Advisor

Location: Hybrid — home working plus 2 days per week at the Head Office in England (DE4 3YH)

Salary: £25,200 per annum

What you will do

• Manage inbound group sales enquiries through phone, email, and web channels.
• Guide customers from initial enquiry through to booking and deliver a high-volume sales service.
• Convert leads into bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Maximise sales opportunities through upselling and tailored solutions.
• Build customer relationships, follow up enquiries, and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and booking information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, telesales, contact centre, or another customer-facing sales role.
• A track record of achieving targets and converting enquiries into sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident use of IT, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to cover telephone opening hours, including occasional Saturdays and bank holidays.
