Telesales Team Manager - Belfast/Remote

Location: Belfast, UK; Belfast-based candidates must be office-based

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year, plus £17,250 OTB and uncapped bonuses

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of telesales consultants.
• Drive new customer acquisition and achievement of monthly revenue and KPI targets.
• Support account management, upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationships.
• Deliver coaching, call listening, and regular one-to-one sessions.
• Analyse performance data and turn insights into actions for improvement.
• Maintain call quality, compliance, and a collaborative, high-energy team culture.

Requirements

• Proven success as a Sales Consultant or Sales Manager, ideally in telesales or a B2B environment.
• Strong experience in new business development and account management.
• Experience managing and motivating remote or office-based sales teams.
• Excellent communication, coaching, leadership, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Data-driven approach and resilience in a target-driven environment.
• Belfast-based candidates must work from the office.
