Principal Consultant - Cloud & Engineering

What you will do

• Advise clients on cloud adoption, optimisation, migration, technology strategy, and engineering challenges.
• Lead discovery and design sessions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, proof-of-concept projects, and technology evaluations.
• Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams delivering and prototyping platforms, services, and products.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, availability, security, sustainability, and operations.
• Improve engineering effectiveness through automation, DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, iterative delivery, and incremental value.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate with software engineering, platform, data, AI, security, operations, product, delivery, and finance teams.

Requirements

• Experience as a Principal or Lead Cloud Architect, Technical Architect, or Engineering Leader across multiple programmes and projects.
• Strong experience designing and delivering solutions with modern cloud technologies and engineering practices.
• Experience across complex, distributed, or changing technology environments, including applications, platforms, infrastructure, data, cloud services, and AI.
• Practical experience with prototyping, technical problem-solving, or hands-on guidance for delivery teams.
• Experience in fast-paced Agile and delivery-oriented environments, with strong technical judgment and the ability to explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Application documents must be submitted in English.
