What you will do

• Lead and inspire the local Data & AI practice team to drive growth and client value.
• Translate complex data concepts into business value for enterprise-scale clients.
• Design scalable and extensible data architectures including RAG, Data Mesh, and Data Products.
• Maintain technical depth by providing hands-on solutions using Python, R, or SQL.
• Champion quality assurance, performance tuning, and industry best practices across data programs.
• Collaborate with global practice teams and local leadership to deepen client partnerships.

Requirements

• Extensive experience building data solutions using Microsoft Azure or AWS native services.
• Proven track record in development to production environments using Snowflake, Databricks, or Fabric.
• Deep expertise in building AI solutions within modern data platforms.
• Strong understanding of the full data lifecycle from discovery and pipelines to advanced analytics.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in multi-vendor environments.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Leeds office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI Foundry ecosystem and Agentic automation.
• Knowledge of SLMs and LLM foundational models.
• Experience with MLOps and Human-in-the-Loop systems.
