Data Principal (Hands-on Architect)

What you will do

• Lead the local Data & AI Practice and support regional club leadership.
• Lead client-facing data delivery and translate complex data concepts into business value.
• Design scalable, extensible, and secure data architectures, products, pipelines, and datasets.
• Guide teams through the full data product lifecycle, including discovery, storage, ETL, streaming, quality, metadata, and analytics.
• Design and guide AI solutions using modern data platforms, foundational language models, human-in-the-loop approaches, and MLOps.
• Build data capability, develop teams, collaborate with global practice groups and technology partners, and deepen client partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and inspiring teams and solving enterprise-scale problems.
• Strong client-facing delivery, stakeholder management, and communication skills across multi-vendor environments.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure and/or AWS native data services.
• Production experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric and delivery using an Agile mindset.
• Expertise in data architecture patterns including RAG, serverless, data warehouse models, Data Mesh, and Data Products.
• Hands-on fluency in Python, R, or SQL, with strong knowledge of data quality, metadata management, AI, and modern data platforms.
