Senior Software Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Own the architecture, design, AI-led implementation, and validation of cloud-based, multi-threaded, multi-server systems.
• Lead collaborative technical decisions on architectural direction and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
• Address security, scalability, compatibility, maintainability, and responsible AI use across build-time and run-time systems.
• Test implementations, fix defects, and support the resolution of customer cases.
• Mentor team members in architecture practices, AI-led delivery, and validation of AI outputs.
• Collaborate with Product Management during planning sessions.

Requirements

• Solid experience developing applications in C# with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, and resilient systems from complex market requirements, including multi-tenant cloud solutions.
• Experience with source control, unit testing, code reviews, and product quality practices.
• Knowledge of network security, authentication, authorization, SOLID principles, databases, Entity Framework, and RESTful API design.
• Recent daily practical experience with AI tooling such as Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to make responsible AI decisions in a high-trust public-safety domain and remain accountable for architectural outputs.

• Experience using AI tooling for design reviews, ADR drafting, threat modeling, or contract design.
