Junior Planning Analyst (Medtech)

Location: On-site at ul. Stalowa 6, Stargard, Poland

What you will do

• Analyse and forecast material demand based on production requirements and available inventory.
• Plan and order materials using replenishment methods such as Kanban, including preparing Kanban calculations.
• Monitor supplier deliveries and control component flow between suppliers, the warehouse, and Production.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counting, Kanban audits, and inventory management activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and cooperate with Production and supply chain partners to improve material availability and flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, material planning, or inventory management.
• English proficiency at B2 level.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning system for material or inventory-related activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
• Experience analysing material demand, inventory levels, or supplier delivery data in a manufacturing or operational environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kanban, Dynamic Kanban, or similar inventory replenishment methods.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory audits, or inventory optimisation.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
