Sr Billing and Collections Analyst

Location: San Francisco, California, United States

Salary: $121,000–$181,000 total target cash annually, inclusive of bonus or commission.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end billing cycle, including invoice generation, review, delivery, and issue resolution.
• Verify invoice accuracy against contractual terms and resolve discrepancies before they affect customers or accounting processes.
• Handle customer billing and contract inquiries in partnership with GTM and Finance teams.
• Support collections activities by investigating issues that delay customer payments.
• Improve, automate, and scale order-to-cash workflows while supporting SOX controls and external audits.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a related accounting or finance function.
• Experience working with high volumes of financial and billing data, with strong Excel skills.
• Experience in a SOX-controlled environment and supporting financial controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, GTM, Finance, and other business partners.
• Ability to work in San Francisco, California, United States.
