Intern Finance & Accounting

Location: Remote or hybrid work is possible. Offices are located in Hürth (Cologne) and Hückelhoven; candidates based near Aachen, Maastricht, Mönchengladbach, or Cologne are well-suited.

hirify.global develops software products and operates a Group Finance function supporting acquired companies and cross-functional finance projects.

What you will do

• Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Help integrate the accounting of newly acquired companies as part of M&A activities.
• Clarify accounting and reporting questions under guidance.
• Help build accounting processes and documentation.
• Contribute to automating day-to-day accounting workflows with modern tools and scripting.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Available for a 4–6 month internship.
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• Initial practical experience from a finance department, consulting firm, or audit company.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and a strong interest in them.
• Detail-oriented and precise working style.
