Senior Finance Controller (NXE/EXE)

Location: Wilton, Connecticut, United States. This onsite role supports the Wilton US site and requires legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States export regulations.

What you will do

• Partner with business lines and local management on short- and long-term resourcing needs.
• Aggregate, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support high-quality business decisions.
• Develop financial data, models, management reporting, and insight-driven analyses.
• Drive process optimization, policy improvements, and worldwide reporting standardization.
• Align with stakeholders in the United States and the Netherlands while providing an independent finance perspective.
• Drive cost-to-complete initiatives, business improvement projects, and business-case validation.

Requirements

• BA or BS in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
• At least 8 years of relevant finance experience, including 5 years in finance business partnering within a management team.
• Experience in large international industrial companies, preferably in complex technology businesses.
• Track record in financial and business control at business-unit, divisional, or group level.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology in the United States before starting work.
