Merchandise/Demand Planner (Apparel)

What you will do

• Develop and validate phased regional sales and demand plans for apparel by market, distribution channel, and SKU.
• Collect regional plans and facilitate Regional Demand Management Reviews for assigned markets.
• Analyze plan gaps, inconsistencies, timing, product prioritization, and buffer viability.
• Prepare outputs for Global Demand Review meetings and ensure consistent use of planning processes and tools.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory levels, service levels, overstock and stock-out risks, and corrective action plans.
• Support responsible purchasing practices across the supply chain in collaboration with sustainability and sourcing teams.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or an equivalent field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning or Demand Planning in an international, multi-regional environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and an advanced planning tool such as SAP.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, functional leadership, and stakeholder-influencing abilities.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent English at C1 level is required.
