Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States; onsite warehouse and manufacturing environment
Salary: $25.00–$28.00 USD per hour

What you will do
- Support warehouse activities and help the Warehouse Supervisor delegate and complete tasks.
- Lead and train Packers and Material Handlers, supporting a team of six.
- Transport and stage materials between warehouses, production, and quality areas while maintaining FIFO and proper storage.
- Monitor safety, PPE, 5S, line clearance, scrap, inventory, and documentation requirements.
- Identify safety, quality, productivity, and equipment issues and participate in corrective and continuous improvement actions.
- Perform approved operator-level equipment maintenance and Team Leader-level audits.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lead a team of six and provide clear, professional communication.
- Ability to operate a forklift and lift up to 55 pounds.
- Ability to work alternating 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend and overtime as required.
- Experience with or ability to learn SAP materials management; intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
