What you will do

  • Manage the warehousing logistics service provider and monitor contractual commitments, SLAs, OTD, OQD, claims, costs, volumes, and business continuity.
  • Lead weekly and monthly performance and business reviews with the logistics service provider.
  • Oversee warehouse standard operating procedures and act as the focal point for warehouse-related topics.
  • Support order follow-up, blockage resolution, and spare-parts operations for internal stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects focused on process quality, cost efficiency, operational performance, and IT systems.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing warehousing operations, preferably in the aviation or aerospace industry.
  • Experience managing logistics service-provider contracts, SLAs, performance metrics, and improvement plans.
  • Knowledge of logistics regulations, standards, TMS, WMS, EDI, MS Office, SAP R3 WM/MM, SAP BW, and Power BI.
  • Fluent English and French are required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector.
  • Italian language skills.
