Legal Counsel (German Corporate Law)

hirify.global builds full-stack quantum computers, from quantum hardware to software layers, for scientific and industrial applications.

What you will do

• Support shareholder, board and management meetings, including resolutions and corporate documentation.
• Develop and maintain corporate governance policies, processes and best practices.
• Advise stakeholders on German corporate law, capital markets compliance and governance.
• Support the formation and ongoing legal requirements of group entities and intragroup agreements.
• Support M&A, corporate development initiatives and other strategic transactions.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements while coordinating legal workstreams across countries and teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in an in-house corporate advisory team or a corporate, M&A or capital markets law firm.
• Qualification to practice law in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of German corporate law, including corporate governance, M&A and/or capital markets.
• Excellent German and English, with strong drafting skills in both languages.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams independently and proactively.
• Structured, rational and collaborative approach with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience working at or advising publicly listed companies.
• Practical experience with capital markets requirements, public-company governance or disclosure obligations.
• Experience in an international technology, deep-tech or fast-growing company.
