Associate Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India; travel up to 25% required for dealership, customer, industry event, and stakeholder engagement.

What you will do

• Create user stories for AI-driven workflow automation, predictive insights, and generative product experiences.
• Support backlog management, sprint prioritization, beta testing, showcases, and retrospectives with R&D, Data Science, and Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data teams to define value propositions and align technical feasibility with dealership needs.
• Use analytics, user feedback, and experimentation to evaluate feature performance and improve AI capabilities.
• Track product outcomes including adoption, profitability, NPS, workflow efficiency, model accuracy, and utilization.
• Translate dealership pain points into scalable, intelligent product solutions while developing domain and AI/ML expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Data Science, or at least four years of related experience instead of a degree.
• At least one year of Product Management or Product Owner experience, or relevant internship experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into structured requirements and actionable user stories.
• Foundational understanding of, or strong interest in, AI/ML and data-driven product development, including responsible AI, bias, limitations, and explainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, use data to guide decisions, and focus on scalable platform solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer, dealership, event, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or automation tools.
• Experience with Agile/DevOps environments and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with automotive, retail, or SaaS platforms.
