Sr Manager, Finance, GenMed Commercial, China • PMO (Life Sciences): Leading commercial finance business partnering and strategic transformation programs for Cytiva China with an accent on planning, performance management, project governance, and finance modernization. Focus on connecting financial and operational data to growth decisions, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and driving AI-enabled productivity, digital transformation, and process excellence.

What you will do
- Partner with the China leadership team on business performance, strategic decisions, profitable growth, customer opportunities, pricing, contracts, and investments.
- Lead annual operating plans, forecasts, business reviews, estimates, and long-range strategic planning.
- Translate financial and operational data into insights, risks, opportunities, and productivity initiatives.
- Lead PMO governance and strategic initiatives across China, including portfolio management, executive updates, risk tracking, and benefits realization.
- Drive DBS, digital, finance, finance IT, AI-enabled productivity, and process excellence transformations.
- Improve financial processes, reporting, forecasting accuracy, analytics, automation, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; CPA, AICPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in finance, business partnering, FP&A, commercial finance, or related roles in a multinational environment.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, PMO activities, transformation initiatives, or continuous improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of China GAAP; US GAAP knowledge is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Microsoft Project, and collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English are required.
Nice to have
- Experience with DBS, Lean, digital transformation, finance transformation, AI, or business process improvement.
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry.
- CPA, AICPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
