Solutions Consultant (Transit)

Location: Fully remote for contractors based in Colombia

hirify.global develops fare collection platforms that help public transport riders buy and present tickets through mobile devices, ticket machines, and bank cards.

What you will do

• Partner with Business Development to develop solution strategies and relationships that support winning bids.
• Connect transit agency needs with hirify.global’s open fare payment platform and shape practical solutions.
• Engage technical stakeholders, run demos, and lead discovery workshops throughout the sales cycle.
• Prepare bid responses, identify product gaps, and work with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.
• Translate agreed solutions into Statements of Work and commercial documentation, then support handover to Delivery.
• Feed agency requirements and market demand back to Product, Engineering, and PMO.

Requirements

• Experience in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or a product-focused role.
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, and integration flows.
• Experience contributing to RFPs, Statements of Work, or structured procurement responses.
• Ability to guide diverse stakeholders through complex topics and reach practical decisions.
• Experience with enterprise or public-sector customers in complex environments such as transit, mobility, govtech, or fintech.
• Must be a contractor based in Colombia and work remotely.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with fare collection systems or transit agency environments.
• Experience with third-party hardware or SaaS partner integrations.
• Experience in another regulated, tender-led sector.
• Experience improving documentation, diagrams, or enablement materials.
