Senior Accountant (NetSuite)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Vilnius office. Work-from-anywhere flexibility is available for up to 40 days per year.

Salary: €2,500–€3,700 gross per month, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Work with the Chief Accountant to bring accounting activities in-house from an external service provider.
• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and reconciliations across global entities, including sales, expenses, prepayments, accruals, bank transactions, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and foreign-exchange transactions.
• Identify gaps in financial data flows and recommend structural process improvements.
• Move manual Shopify and Amazon sales records into NetSuite and support the transition toward full automation.
• Prepare monthly VAT, i.SAF, PIT, and SODRA declarations for Lithuania.
• Support month-end closing, internal reporting, financial statements, annual statutory audits, and the design of data-integrity controls.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience across multiple accounting functions.
• Experience with NetSuite or a Tier 1 ERP such as Dynamics 365.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Lithuanian tax requirements, including VAT, i.SAF, PIT, and SODRA.
• Analytical, proactive approach with ownership of processes and a willingness to improve existing systems.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian, written and spoken.
