What you will do

• Lead a strategic, cross-functional project through the full lifecycle from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources, developers, clients, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Implement and manage the project plan using Agile methodology.
• Track performance, manage scope and schedule changes, and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear documentation and communication.

Requirements

• Mid-senior experience in project management.
• Understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and change management processes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work with developers to clarify requirements, priorities, and estimations.
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Bucharest.
