Senior Project Manager (Energy)

Location: Onsite in Warsaw, Poland; offices also listed in Gdańsk and Poznań.

What you will do

• Manage energy transition projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate cross-country teams across process, piping, instrumentation, architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Prepare and manage tenders and offers.
• Control project quality, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and progress.
• Optimize teamwork, follow internal procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Prepare internal and external project reports.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects, including heat and power generation, renewable energy, or nuclear projects.
• Technical education.
• Fluent English and Polish required.
• Planning skills covering scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks, and Autodesk TrueView.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
