Senior Project Manager (Software Development)

hirify.global develops software products and is hiring a project manager to coordinate software development projects.

What you will do

• Develop project plans covering scope, milestones, schedules, and resources.
• Track project progress and report status to stakeholders.
• Manage changes to scope, priorities, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate development and QA managers on schedules, resources, conflicts, and project visibility.
• Anticipate and resolve issues, manage project communications, and maintain project documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect software release deliverables and refine project practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, principles, and practices.
• Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and scaled Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage projects of medium scope and complexity.
• Over 3 years of professional experience managing software development projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
