About the Role

You will lead the product organisation while directly owning Ethena Pay. You will define its vision roadmap and success metrics, establish lightweight product processes, mentor Product Managers, manage budgets and external development partners, and build support risk and compliance processes for a regulated consumer financial product.

Requirements

• Manage products with more than 100,000 monthly active users
• Mentor or lead Product Managers in a lean or high-growth environment
• Personally lead and ship payments or banking products
• Understand consumer fintech measurement and retail user behaviour
• Communicate effectively with founders and senior leaders
• Write specifications review product flows and analyse data hands-on
• Demonstrate strong UX judgment and design sensibility
• Deliver sophisticated products in ambiguous resource-constrained environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor two Product Managers
• Own the Ethena Pay vision roadmap and success metrics
• Establish product discovery prioritisation roadmap and documentation processes
• Build support risk and compliance processes
• Manage the product budget and external development relationships
• Scale the product team and operating culture
