Senior Product Manager (Benefits Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Own the benefits infrastructure strategy, roadmap, and long-term unification across Employer of Record, global payroll, and PEO.
• Lead complex integrations with carriers, brokers, third-party administrators, benefits platforms, and customers’ HR systems.
• Drive benefit-cost migrations, retirement plan administration, provider-agnostic cost ingestion, testing, validation, and go-live readiness.
• Build consistent benefits behavior for costs, eligibility, enrollment, providers, and statuses across products and countries.
• Own data integrity incidents, reconciliation tooling, discrepancy reporting, and proactive compliance monitoring.
• Manage the full lifecycle of benefits partners and align Product, Engineering, Payroll Operations, Finance, Partnerships, and Legal.

Requirements

• Proven product management experience owning complex third-party API and file/EDI integrations.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code or prototypes.
• Ability to design for APIs and agent-facing tooling as well as human users.
• Experience making strategic and tactical product decisions under deadline pressure.
• Excellent asynchronous written communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
• Strong understanding of data mapping, synchronization, reconciliation logic, idempotency, settlement thresholds, or migration sequencing.

Nice to have

• Experience negotiating or managing commercial partnerships.
• Background in benefits, HR technology, payroll, insurance technology, or fintech.
