Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Translate product strategy and research into epics, product requirements, user flows, business logic, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Own product decisions during implementation, managing scope, dependencies, constraints, and trade-offs.
• Work with Business Analysis, Engineering, Design, and Delivery to maintain consistent product requirements and support development.
• Facilitate product grooming sessions, prioritize sprint work, and answer product questions throughout development.
• Coordinate regulated product features, payment capabilities, and licensing constraints with Compliance.
• Perform product acceptance before release and use production data and feedback to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Solid Product Management experience, ideally in B2B fintech or payments.
• Hands-on experience building payment or financial products in a regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of payment systems and transaction flows.
• Experience working with Engineering, Design, Business Analysis, and Compliance, Risk, or Legal teams.
• Ability to structure ambiguous business requirements into clear product solutions and make sound prioritization decisions.
• Advanced English and fluent Russian required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to EMI/PI, MiCA/CASP, VASP, MSB, or comparable regulatory frameworks and licences.
